2. Design

Our expert designer and draftsperson will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. They will take into account your personal and business-related needs along with your budget, including the building capacity, décor, functionality of each room, and much more. As a result, you will end up with a floorplan that is visually appealing and meets your unique requirements.

3. Finance

4. Pre-construction

5. Construction

You will be kept in the loop from start to end. You are also welcome to visit the site on multiple occasions so that you can see the magic unfold before your very eyes.

6. Post-construction

From there, you will be taken on a guided tour of the property, so that you can finally see and feel the final outcome. Finally, you will be given the keys to your brand new property.
